2021年7月，某日早上8點(diǎn)，成都市武侯區(qū)某社區(qū)核酸檢測點(diǎn)前排起了長隊(duì)。陽光灼熱，不少人撐起了遮陽傘。隊(duì)伍最前方，一位身穿防護(hù)服、個頭不高的女生十分顯眼，她正在輸入居民信息。遇到不會操作的老人，她也十分有耐心，手把手教他們?nèi)绾螔叽a登記。
她是“00后”青年志愿者陳思婉。當(dāng)時，成都發(fā)生新冠肺炎本土確診病例，不少社區(qū)發(fā)布了志愿者招募信息。“我想做一些力所能及的事。”陳思婉說。她立即報(bào)名加入儲備志愿者，并在一個月內(nèi)參與了多次社區(qū)疫情防控志愿服務(wù)。
在成都，像陳思婉這樣的青年志愿者有上百萬名，他們信守同一個諾言，奔波于大街小巷中。其中有不少是頗有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的大學(xué)生，他們不斷從做志愿者中收獲滿足與感動。從最開始的不熟悉，到后來自發(fā)進(jìn)行志愿活動，他們在成都友善公益的氛圍中不斷成長。
當(dāng)被記者問到為什么堅(jiān)持做志愿者時，陳思婉回答：“我在幫助他人的同時，他人也回饋了我。”2019年，她考入四川財(cái)經(jīng)職業(yè)學(xué)院，便從四川達(dá)州來到成都。初入大學(xué)，她參與了一些校內(nèi)志愿活動，比如整理書籍、“愛心入戶”等。“當(dāng)時還不清楚自己是在做志愿服務(wù)，沒有意識到這些活動的重要性，只覺得我要好好完成。”
真正讓她了解并愛上做志愿服務(wù)的，是一次共青團(tuán)成都市委組織開展的志愿服務(wù)。在朋友的介紹下，陳思婉首次接觸到共青團(tuán)成都市委搭建“青聚錦官城·城市志愿服務(wù)”供需對接平臺，從此便更加“一發(fā)不可收拾”地開展起了志愿服務(wù)。
在陳思婉看來，在成都做志愿服務(wù)就像點(diǎn)外賣一樣方便。“有需求的單位、組織通過‘青聚錦官城·城市志愿服務(wù)’供需對接平臺發(fā)出招募志愿者信息后，志愿者就像騎手一樣，滑動手指就能查找自己周邊的項(xiàng)目，也可以根據(jù)自己的時間安排來‘接單’。”2021年5月，陳思婉首次通過這一平臺，報(bào)名參加了武侯區(qū)某社區(qū)開展的老年人智能手機(jī)教學(xué)活動。
據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，2021年，“青聚錦官城·城市志愿服務(wù)”供需對接平臺共上架項(xiàng)目2.3萬余個，青年訪問點(diǎn)擊超過2000萬次，超過一半的項(xiàng)目在24小時內(nèi)完成供需對接，超過6000個項(xiàng)目在1小時內(nèi)被青年志愿者們搶光。
最初，陳思婉對于如何簽到、簽退不夠熟悉，內(nèi)心十分忐忑，擔(dān)心不能夠及時反饋信息，耽誤了工作。這時，有志愿者熱心地教她如何操作，耐心地解答疑問，緩解了她的緊張情緒。
剛開始，陳思婉擔(dān)心與老人之間存在代溝，不能夠順利交流。慢慢地，她發(fā)現(xiàn)一個微笑就能表達(dá)溫暖和關(guān)懷。“現(xiàn)在很多老人長期處于缺乏陪伴和溝通的狀態(tài)。有時我打招呼，說一句‘您好，在干什么呀’，他們就感到十分開心。甚至不需要太多溝通技巧，做一個傾聽者就好。”陳思婉說。從那時起，她只要有空就會參與校外志愿服務(wù)活動，踐行著“每日志愿”的理念。
2021年7月，陳思婉前往共青團(tuán)武侯區(qū)委實(shí)習(xí)。參與相關(guān)培訓(xùn)后，她便開啟了長達(dá)一個月的暑期公益托管志愿服務(wù)，服務(wù)對象是社區(qū)里的孩子——假期家長上班忙碌，多數(shù)孩子無人照看，家中老人也無法輔導(dǎo)其完成作業(yè)。
在服務(wù)過程中，陳思婉協(xié)助老師輔導(dǎo)孩子們完成暑假作業(yè)，遇到調(diào)皮的孩子就從興趣出發(fā)激勵他們。“當(dāng)時，一個孩子喜歡玩魔方，我告訴他只要能按時完成作業(yè)，就教他怎樣玩魔方。”陳思婉回憶道。除了陪伴孩子外，該項(xiàng)目還開展了一系列趣味科普小課堂，比如“小中醫(yī)”課堂教孩子們了解穴位等簡單的中醫(yī)知識。
為了豐富孩子們的暑期活動，陳思婉與志愿者們一起，提前一周前往大邑縣建川博物館踩點(diǎn)。“建川博物館比較大，有二三十個區(qū)域。我們花了一天時間把整個場館‘偵察’了一遍，又詢問了工作人員的意見，最終制定了4種方案。因?yàn)橛写蠹s30個社區(qū)的孩子要來參觀，所以需要統(tǒng)籌時間和線路。”陳思婉說。暑期托管結(jié)束后，陳思婉憑借認(rèn)真勤懇的表現(xiàn)被評為“優(yōu)秀志愿者”。老師問她明年還來嗎，她毫不猶豫地回答：“當(dāng)然！”
從最初不了解志愿者意味著什么，到如今專注于志愿服務(wù)，陳思婉始終滿懷熱情。談及成都志愿氛圍的變化，陳思婉表示：“最初我說起做志愿服務(wù)時，很多人不能理解，現(xiàn)在周圍的同學(xué)朋友都樂意參與其中。”
在成都待了3年，陳思婉對這個城市也有了一種特殊的情感，“成都特別適合青年，不論是生活還是未來的發(fā)展。”在政策上，當(dāng)前成都以全面建設(shè)踐行新發(fā)展理念的公園城市示范區(qū)為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)，聚焦“城市對青年更友好，青年在城市更有為”，在全國率先推進(jìn)青年發(fā)展型城市建設(shè)，著力優(yōu)化城市規(guī)劃、教育、就業(yè)、居住、生活、健康、安全七大環(huán)境，并明確指出要深化開展青年志愿服務(wù)，強(qiáng)化青年志愿者激勵保障機(jī)制，推進(jìn)青年志愿服務(wù)激勵與社會信用體系建設(shè)。看到成都對青年如此重視和友好，陳思婉未來想繼續(xù)在成都闖一闖，也想像其他青年一樣在這里“更有為”，“有機(jī)會的話，我想創(chuàng)辦自己的志愿組織”。
近年來，隨著成都志愿服務(wù)平臺推廣度越來越高，各大高校不斷組織學(xué)生進(jìn)行各類志愿服務(wù)活動，展示了青年志愿者的青春活力，“做志愿已成為青年之間流行的話題”。在這座熱情互助的城市中，青年將發(fā)揮更大的力量。“青年是志愿服務(wù)的中堅(jiān)力量，如果我們能自發(fā)地服務(wù)、幫助他人，很大程度上能使現(xiàn)在的生活變得更加美好。”陳思婉說。（王喆寧）
One morning in July 2021,at 8:00,a long queue formed in front of a community NAT point in Wuhou District,Chengdu.The scorching sun drove many people away to hide under sunshade.At the front of the queue,a small girl in protective clothing was very conspicuous,who was recording residents'information.She was also very patient with the elderly who did not know how to use mobile phone and taught them how to scan the code for registration.
She is Chen Siwan,a young volunteer born i n the 2000s.at that time,a local confirmed case of COVID-19 was found in Chengdu,and many communities released information on volunteer recruitment."I want to do what I can,"said Chen Siwan.She immediately signed up to join the reserve volunteers and participated in community volunteer services for pandemic prevention and control more than once within a month.
In Chengdu,there are millions of young volunteers like Chen Siwan,staying committed and being on the run in the streets and alleys.Many of them are college students who are quite experienced,and they constantly derive satisfaction and edification from volunteering.From being unfamiliar at the beginning t o volunteering spontaneously,they have grown up in the public service activities in Chengdu.
From first experience of doing volunteer work to being a volunteer everyday
When being asked by why she persisted in being a volunteer,Chen answered:"When I help others,I also get something back."In 2019,when she was enrolled in Sichuan Vocational College of Finance and
Economics,she came to Chengdu from Dazhou.When she entered the college,she participated in some volunteer activities on campus,such as sorting out books,and"volunteer door-to-door service"."At that time,I didn't know that I was doing voluntary service,didn't realize the importance of these activities,and just felt that I should do it well."
What indeed made her understand and enjoy the volunteer service was the one that was organized by the Chengdu Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League.Introduced by the friends,Chen for the first time got to know about the supply and demand docking platform of"Youth Gathering in Chengdu City·Urban Volunteer Service"set up by Chengdu Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League.Since then,she conducted volunteer services,one thing leading to another.
In Chen's opinion,doing volunteer service in Chengdu is like ordering takeout that i s convenient."As departments and organizations in need for the service have posted information on volunteer recruitment through supply and demand docking platform of"Youth Gathering in Chengdu City·Urban Volunteer Service",volunteers will find the projects around them by sliding their fingers,or"take orders"according to their own schedule."In May 2021,Chen signed up for the first time to participate
an activity to teach seniors to use smart phone,held by a community in Wuhou District through the platform.
According t o statistics,i n 2021,more than 23,000 volunteer opportunities in total were posted on the supply and demand docking platform of"Youth Gathering in Chengdu City·Urban Volunteer Service",with more than 20 million visits by the youth.More than half of the posts were responded within 24 hours,and more than 6000 opportunities were taken by young volunteers within one hour.
Initially,Chen was not familiar with how to sign in and sign out,so she was very worried that she would not be able to get feedback information,which would delay her work.At that time,volunteers enthusiastically taught her how to operate and took patience to answer questions to relieve her tension.
At the beginning,Chen worried that there was a generation gap between the elderly and her,which hindered her from smooth communication.Gradually,she found that a smile could express warmth and care."Now many old people for a long time lack companionship and communication with others.Sometimes,when I greeted them and said"Hi,how's it going?",they felt very happy.You don't even need too much communication skill,just be a listener."Chen said.From then on,whenever she had time,she would participate in volunteer service activities outside the school and practise the concept of"daily volunteering".
Fall in love with a city for one thing
In July 2021,Chen went to Wuhou District Committee of the Communist Youth League for internship.After the relevant training,she started a monthlong summer charity trusteeship volunteer service for children in the community-since the parents were busy at work during the holidays,most of the children were unattended,and the elderly at home were unable to guide the children to complete their homework.
During the service,Chen assisted teachers in tutoring the children to complete their summer homework,and helped the naughty kids by nurturing their interest and hobbies."At that time,a child liked to play the Rubik's Cube.I told him that as long as he could finish his homework on time,I could teach him how to play it."Chen recalled.In addition to accompanying children,the project also ran a series of interesting science popularization mini-classes,such as"Little Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine",which guided the children to understand basic Chinese medicine knowledge like acupuncture points.
Chen Siwan was in the volunteer service activities.
To enrich children's summer activities,Chen and other volunteers went to Jianchuan Museum in Dayi County a week in advance to pre-plan the activities."The Jianchuan Museum is relatively large,with twenty or thirty collecting areas.We spent a day exploring the whole site,asked the staff for their opinions,and finally had four plans formulated.Children from about 30 communities would visit the museum,we must have the time and routes carefully arranged."Chen said.After the summer trusteeship,Chen was rated as an"excellent volunteer"for her earnest and diligent performance.When the teacher asked her if she would come back next year,she replied without hesitation:"Sure!"
From the beginning when Chen didn't know what volunteers meant to the present when she dedicated herself to volunteer service,Chen has always been full of enthusiasm.Mentioning the change of volunteering atmosphere in Chengdu,Chen said:"Initially,when I talked about volunteer service,many people couldn't understand it.Now,the students and friends take delight in doing it."
After three years in Chengdu,Chen Siwan has had a special affection toward the city."Chengdu is especially suitable for young people,both for their life and future development."In terms of policy,Chengdu currently gives top priority to the comprehensive construction of the park city demonstration area by adopting the new development concept,focusing on the concept that"the city is more friendly to young people,and young people are more promising in the city",taking the lead in promoting the construction of a youth development-oriented city in China.It will ramp up effort in optimizing the seven major environments of urban planning,education,employment,residence,life,health and safety,and clearly points out the necessity of advancing the development of youth volunteer services and strengthening the incentive and assurance mechanism for young volunteers,to push forward the development of a youth volunteer service incentive and social credit system.Seeing so much importance attached to and the amity to young people,Chen wants to continue her journey in Chengdu in the future.She also wants to be"more promising"here like other young people."If I have the opportunity,I want to establish my own volunteer organization."
In recent years,with the increasing popularization of Chengdu volunteer service platform,colleges and universities have continuously organized students to engage in various volunteer service activities,which displays the vitality of young volunteers."Volunteering has been a popular topic among young people".In the enthusiastic and mutual assistance in this city,young people will play a greater role."Young people are the backbone of volunteer service.If we can spontaneously serve and help others,we can,to a large extent,make our life better."Said Chen Siwan.
