“大愛少城·同心戰(zhàn)疫——疫情防控志愿服務(wù)”“共享單車擺起來”“五彩夢想特殊兒童藝術(shù)療愈志愿服務(wù)”……2022年，作為文明實(shí)踐陣地的延伸之舉，成都提出要升級打造“文明里”公園，建強(qiáng)志愿服務(wù)聯(lián)合會、志愿者之家、社區(qū)志愿服務(wù)中心等陣地。通過這些志愿活動，成都青年服務(wù)了社會，也提升了自己的認(rèn)識能力、適應(yīng)能力和創(chuàng)新能力。
鄭黎薇是“80后”，也是四川大學(xué)華西口腔醫(yī)院兒童口腔科教授，從小生長在成都。一次，她在綿竹一個(gè)震后重建的學(xué)校做義診。當(dāng)天有100多個(gè)小朋友，其中只有兩三個(gè)孩子的牙齒是沒有問題的。“一些家長還沒有關(guān)注孩子口腔健康的意識，就算知道了口腔健康的重要性，也不清楚具體該怎么做，"鄭黎薇說，“在回來的路上，我更加意識到自己的責(zé)任。”這之后，她堅(jiān)持通過公益健康宣教來擴(kuò)大受眾面，讓家長了解更多健康知識。“日常門診工作中，家長會問很多關(guān)于兒童口腔健康的問題，這個(gè)時(shí)候我想做一個(gè)公眾號，把一些共性的問題做成科普推文，這樣能夠更全面、更成體系。”她是這樣說，也是這樣做的。

今年，成都市青少年宮“家長課堂”口腔健康公益講座在錦城公園校區(qū)和小南街校區(qū)成功舉行。鄭黎薇作為年輕的“80后”媽媽，不僅擁有豐富的專業(yè)知識，也能深刻體會到家長對孩子成長的擔(dān)憂和關(guān)注。在這場主題為“小朋友換牙不得不說的事兒”的公益活動中，她向共計(jì)百余名青少年及家長分享了口腔健康的相關(guān)知識。
為了能更好地展示兒童換牙的過程、牙齒可能產(chǎn)生的問題和如何預(yù)防等知識，鄭黎薇準(zhǔn)備了實(shí)例圖片，通過真實(shí)案例，更加直觀、清晰地讓家長了解到兒童換牙期的相關(guān)問題，消除了許多知識誤區(qū)。講座結(jié)束后，家長們圍住她，咨詢了不少關(guān)于維護(hù)口腔衛(wèi)生的問題，她都一一做出詳細(xì)解答。能夠?qū)⒖谇恢R傳播給更多人，一直是鄭黎薇努力的方向，除了參與公益活動外，她還帶領(lǐng)創(chuàng)作團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)作了《幼兒愛牙護(hù)齒繪本》，開拓了兒童科普作品的內(nèi)容和形態(tài)。鄭黎薇向華西幼兒園等三家幼兒園捐贈了上百套繪本，并結(jié)合更多社會力量，向幼兒園、兒童托育機(jī)構(gòu)、兒童醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)等捐贈上千套繪本。希望通過潛移默化的教育，培養(yǎng)孩子愛牙護(hù)齒意識和衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣。

像這樣的志愿公益活動，也是鄭黎薇近年來發(fā)起開展的眾多兒童口腔健康公益活動之一。截至目前，鄭黎薇所發(fā)起并參與的兒童口腔健康公益宣教志愿活動已經(jīng)輻射數(shù)萬名成都市民，并將在之后持續(xù)做下去，惠及更多的市民群眾。同時(shí)，鄭黎薇深感個(gè)人力量的有限，為了將科學(xué)的護(hù)齒理念傳遞給更多的人，她發(fā)起了萌牙山愛牙護(hù)齒健康行動，通過多種網(wǎng)絡(luò)宣教形式，希望影響更多的人。目前相關(guān)科普視頻播放量超過1000萬次，科普文章閱讀量超500萬次，全網(wǎng)覆蓋人群超過2000萬，試圖以實(shí)際行動創(chuàng)建城市文明，構(gòu)建兒童口腔健康友好型城市環(huán)境。
像鄭黎薇一樣，在成都，還有很多青年奮斗在工作崗位的同時(shí)，堅(jiān)持參與志愿服務(wù)活動。成都地鐵運(yùn)營有限公司運(yùn)營一分公司大源站區(qū)副站區(qū)長李熙夢就是其中一員。
李熙夢出生于1991年，畢業(yè)后，她如愿進(jìn)入成都軌道集團(tuán)，成為一名車站工作人員。參加工作后，她第一時(shí)間申請加入成都地鐵志愿服務(wù)隊(duì)，希望通過自己的力量讓成都地鐵秩序變得更好。她參與了“早晚奉獻(xiàn)一小時(shí)”志愿服務(wù)，每周利用休息時(shí)間自愿奉獻(xiàn)一小時(shí)參加車站服務(wù)工作，不僅為乘客提供貼心服務(wù)，也鍛煉了自己的工作能力。

除了參與公司內(nèi)部的志愿服務(wù)，她還是金沙遺址博物館的志愿者。繁忙的工作之余，李熙夢每周都堅(jiān)持抽出半天時(shí)間去博物館開展志愿服務(wù)活動。從為游客提供幫助，到配合博物館給小朋友做社教活動，再到策劃組織金沙遺址博物館志愿者對外活動、運(yùn)營金沙遺址博物館志愿者官方微博等，她的服務(wù)面不斷擴(kuò)展，累計(jì)開展活動200余次。
除了參與日常志愿活動，李熙夢和志愿者團(tuán)隊(duì)成員關(guān)注到社區(qū)人群的文化需求方向，一起創(chuàng)建了“點(diǎn)亮社區(qū)”公益活動品牌，致力于讓燦爛的古蜀文化更深入地走進(jìn)社區(qū)，豐富廣大社區(qū)居民的精神文化生活。開展“走進(jìn)成都市八寶街社區(qū)”“傳播金沙·布袋涂鴉”“叫醒小耳朵·擁抱春天”等11場志愿服務(wù)活動，覆蓋1700多個(gè)家庭，讓特殊人群也能享受精神世界的快樂和喜悅。
近年來，在成都共青團(tuán)的帶領(lǐng)下，在校大學(xué)生更是成為志愿服務(wù)的主力軍。陶鴻武就是其中一員。他的老家在四川省德陽市廣漢市，上高中時(shí)，他開始接觸學(xué)校的各類志愿活動。到成都上大學(xué)后，他有了更廣闊的“舞臺”，這里濃厚的志愿氛圍深深影響了他。

2021年5月，他以志愿者小組長的身份，參加了在成都舉辦的全國第六屆大學(xué)生藝術(shù)展演志愿服務(wù)活動，在蓉34所高校共計(jì)1500名志愿者參與了本次活動的志愿服務(wù)工作。“演出場館有很多大廳，當(dāng)時(shí)我作為組長帶領(lǐng)8名志愿者，負(fù)責(zé)其中一個(gè)廳的工作。”他不僅要統(tǒng)籌安排來自全國各地的展演團(tuán)隊(duì)，還需要在時(shí)間和出場順序無誤的情況下，確保演出順利進(jìn)行。“同時(shí)兼顧團(tuán)隊(duì)的休息狀況和演出結(jié)束后的接送工作。”陶鴻武說。在他看來，幫助他人的同時(shí)，自己也能獲得成就感，“并不是物質(zhì)上的獎勵，而是精神上的滿足。"
陶鴻武本身熱愛與人交往。做志愿服務(wù)的過程中，他有更多機(jī)會了解不同的人和不同的地域文化，“學(xué)到了很多新知識”。目前，成都著力建設(shè)青年發(fā)展型城市，堅(jiān)持“城市對青年更友好，青年在城市更有為”的理念，越來越多的青年參與到志愿服務(wù)中。
靳光浩是成都大學(xué)青年志愿者協(xié)會負(fù)責(zé)人，同樣在青春志愿賽道上頗有建樹，對“志愿者與城市共成長”這句話深有體會。

2019年，他考入成都大學(xué)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)，在參與社區(qū)志愿活動時(shí)，他主動發(fā)揮自己的醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)優(yōu)勢，開展愛心義診協(xié)助、健康知識宣講等志愿服務(wù)，幫助社區(qū)居民了解并排除疾病隱患，強(qiáng)化衛(wèi)生健康意識。在不斷實(shí)踐中，靳光浩有很多與社區(qū)交流的機(jī)會，逐漸建立起精細(xì)化訂單式社區(qū)志愿服務(wù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了高校與社區(qū)的有效銜接：如將豐富社區(qū)老年群體業(yè)余生活與學(xué)校舞蹈專業(yè)結(jié)合，為社區(qū)老人開設(shè)舞蹈教學(xué)志愿服務(wù)，將社區(qū)小朋友英語學(xué)習(xí)與學(xué)校英語專業(yè)優(yōu)勢相結(jié)合，開展英語基礎(chǔ)指導(dǎo)志愿服務(wù)……針對不同人群和自身優(yōu)勢開發(fā)了不同類型的志愿服務(wù)項(xiàng)目，形成了大學(xué)生精細(xì)化志愿服務(wù)體系。
長期的志愿服務(wù)活動，不僅讓靳光浩自身的能力不斷得到提升，也讓他意識到，自己的力量可以讓社區(qū)、讓城市變得充滿活力。如今，他的累計(jì)志愿服務(wù)時(shí)長達(dá)520.5小時(shí)，未來希望在城市建設(shè)中貢獻(xiàn)更多青春力量。
據(jù)共青團(tuán)成都市委志愿者工作部負(fù)責(zé)人介紹，近年來，共青團(tuán)成都市委將志愿服務(wù)作為引領(lǐng)青年與城市共成長的切入點(diǎn)，大力推進(jìn)青年志愿服務(wù)社會化動員體系建設(shè)，通過搭建“青聚錦官城·城市志愿服務(wù)”線上平臺，實(shí)現(xiàn)了志愿服務(wù)供需有效對接。

據(jù)平臺數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截至目前，“青聚錦官城·城市志愿服務(wù)”線上平臺注冊青年志愿者人數(shù)已突破120萬人，入駐志愿服務(wù)組織7972個(gè)，累計(jì)發(fā)布項(xiàng)目7.9萬余個(gè)，青年通過志愿服務(wù)參與城鄉(xiāng)社區(qū)發(fā)展治理時(shí)長超290萬小時(shí)。

一件件平凡小事中，每個(gè)人都是文明踐行者，都是城市的代言人。不同的故事演繹的是同樣的成都溫情，詮釋的是友善公益的天府文化，是溫暖、包容、理性的文明之光。青年的點(diǎn)滴文明之舉，是成都城市的文明底色，也是成都全國文明典范城市創(chuàng)建的底氣。未來，成都青年將與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，在奉獻(xiàn)青春志愿力量的同時(shí)，與城市共同成長。

“Great Love in Chengdu,Fighting Pandemic with One Heart-Voluntary Service for COVID-19 Prevention and Control","Get Shared Bicycles Ready","Volunteer Service for Art Healing of Children with Special Colorful Dreams"...In 2022,to extend the civilization practice field,Chengdu proposed to upgrade and build"Wenmingli"Park to strengthen Volunteer Service Federations,Volunteer Homes,and community volunteer service centers.Through these volunteer activities,Chengdu youth have served the communities and improved their cognitive,adaptive and innovative abilities.
Zheng Liwei,a post-80s Chengdu native,is a professor of Pediatric Stomatology in West China Stomato logical Hospital of Sichuan University.She once gave free medical diagnosis and treatment service in aschool rebuilt after the earthquake in Mianzhu,Mianyang.On that day,more than 100 children were served,of which only two or three had no problem with their teeth."Some parents haven't paid attention to their children's oral health.Even if they know the importance of oral health,they don't know what to do,"Zheng Liwei said."On the way back,I am more aware of my responsibilities."After that,she insisted on expanding the audience through public health education to let parents know more about health."In daily outpatient work,parents will ask a lot of questions about children's oral health.So in response to that,I want to open an official account and make some common questions into popular science tweets,which can be more comprehensive and systematic."She practised what she preached.
This year,the"Parents'Classroom"oral health public lecture of Chengdu Youth Palace was successfully held on the Jincheng Park Campus and Xiaonan Street Campus.As a post-80s young mother,Zheng Liwei not only has rich professional knowledge,but also can deeply understand the parents'concerns about their children's growth.In this public welfare activity themed by"what to know when children are to change their teeth",she shared knowledge about oral health with more than 100 teenagers and parents.
To better show the process of children's teeth replacement,the problems that may arise from teeth and how to prevent them,Zheng Liwei has prepared example pictures to let parents understand the problems
related to children's teeth replacement more intuitively and clearly through real cases,eliminating mistakes of the knowledge in thought.After the lecture,parents gathered around and asked her a lot
of questions about oral health,and she gave detailed answer one by one.It has always been Zheng Liwei's goal to spread oral health knowledge to more people.In addition to participating in public welfare activities,she also led creation team to create the Picture Book of Children's Caring for Teeth and Protecting Teeth,which developed the content and form of children's popular science works.Zheng Liwei donated hundreds of picture books to three kindergartens including West China Kindergarten,and with the aid of more social forces,thousands of picture books have been donated to kindergartens,child care institutions,and children's medical institutions,etc.Hopefully,through imperceptible education,children could develop their awareness of caring and protecting teeth as well as their health habits.
Such voluntary public welfare activities are also one of the many children's oral health public welfare activities launched by Zheng Liwei in recent years.Up to now,Zheng Liwei has initiated and participated in the volunteer activity of children's oral health public education,which has covered tens of thousands of Chengdu citizens,and will continue to do so in the future to benefit more people.Moreover,Zheng knows deeply that her personal strength is limited.To pass on the scientific concept of tooth protection to more people,she has launched the Mengya Mountain Teeth Care Health Action,hoping that it can influence more people through various forms of online education.Up to now,relevant popular science videos have been viewed more than 10 million times,popular science articles have been read over 5 million times,covering more than 20 million people on the Internet.We are trying to take real actions to build urban civilization and a friendly urban environment for the children's oral healthcare.
Like Zheng Liwei,there are many young people in Chengdu who insist on attending volunteer service events while struggling for their jobs.Li Ximeng,Deputy Chief of Dayuan Station of No.1 Operation Branch of Chengdu Metro Operation Co.,Ltd.,is one of them.
In 2020, Li Ximeng organized and carried out "Metro Enters the Campus" activities, and explained the subway security knowledge to the children.
Li Ximeng,born in 1991,entered Chengdu Rail Transit Corporation as she wished and became a station worker after graduation.After joining in work,she also applied to join the Chengdu Metro Volunteer Service Team at first,expecting to better keep the order of Chengdu metro lines by her own strength.She participated in the volunteer service of"working one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening".Every week,she volunteered to devote one hour of rest time to the station service work,not only providing considerate services for passengers,but also building up her work capability.
In addition to engaging in the inhouse volunteer service,she is also a volunteer of the Jinsha Site Museum.Despite the busy work schedule,Li Ximeng insists on taking half a day to carry out volunteer service activities in the museum every week.From offering help to tourists,cooperating with the museum to do social education activities for children,to planning and organizing external volunteer activities in the Jinsha Site Museum as well as operating official microblog for volunteer team of the Jinsha Site Museum,her scope of service has been expanding,with more than 200 activities carried out in total.
In addition to participating in daily volunteer activities,Li Ximeng and the other members of the volunteer team focus on the cultural needs of the community groups,and together they have built"Lighting up the Community",a public welfare brand activity,committed to introducing the splendid ancient Shu culture into the community and enriching the spiritual and cultural life of community residents.We carried out 11 volunteer service activities,including"Entering Chengdu Babaojie Community","Spreading Jinsha Culture·Graffiti in Cloth Bags","Wake up Little Ears·Embrace Spring",covering more than 1700 families,which enabled special populations to enjoy the happiness and joy of the spiritual world.
For the past few years,under the leadership of the Chengdu Communist Youth League,the college students have been the main force in voluntary services.Tao Hongwu is one of the force.His hometown is Guanghan,Deyang City,Sichuan Province.When he was in high school,he began to get contact with various voluntary activities of the school.After he went to college in Chengdu,he got access to a broader"stage",where the strong volunteer environment deeply influenced him.

In May 2021,as a volunteer group leader,he participated in the volunteer service activity of the 6th National College Students Art Exhibition held in Chengdu.A total of 1500 volunteers from
34 universities in Chengdu participated in the volunteer services of this activity.
"There were many halls in the performing venue.As a team leader at that time,I led 8 volunteers in the service in one of the halls."He should not only in charge of making overall arrangement for the performance teams from all over the country,but also ensure that the performances went smoothly in line with the correct timeline and sequence of the appearance."Meanwhile,I also took into account the rest of this team and the pickup after the performance."Tao Hongwu said.He believed that he
could derive a sense of achievement from helping others."It is not material reward,but spiritual satisfaction."
Tao Hongwu loves to communicate with others.In the process of volunteering,he had more opportunities to learn about different people and cultures in different regions,and"acquire a lot of new knowledge".At present,Chengdu endeavors to build a youth development city,upholding the concept of"Be more friendly to the youth,and the youth are more promising in the city",which leads more
and more young people to participate in the voluntary services.
Jin Guanghao,Head of the Youth Volunteer Association of Chengdu University,has also made great achievements in the youth voluntary services,and has deep understanding of the sentence"Volunteers grow together with the city".

In 2019,he was admitted to Chengdu University,majoring in clinical medicine.When participating in community volunteer activities,he actively made use of his advantage in the medical profession and provided services such as free clinical treatment assistance and health knowledge promotion,etc.,to help community residents understand and eliminate potential diseases and strengthen health awareness.Through continuous practice,Jin Guanghao has had many opportunities to communicate with the community,and h e has gradually established a refined order based community volunteer service,which builds an effective connection between colleges and communities.For example,it has combined the enrichment of the amateur life of the elderly group in the community with the dance profession in colleges,offering voluntary dance teaching services to the elderly,and combined the English learning of the children in the community with the advantage in English profession of the colleges to run the voluntary service of basic English tuition.Targeting at different groups and their own advantages,various types of volunteer service programs have been developed,which forms a refined volunteer service system for college students.
The long-term volunteer service activities allow Jin Guanghao not only to improve his own capability but also to be aware that his own power can inject vigor and vitality into the community and the city.Now,he has accumulated 520.5 hours of volunteer service time,and he hopes that he can contribute more power of the youth to the urban construction in the future.
According to the person in chargeof the Volunteer Work Department of the Chengdu Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League,for the past few years,the Chengdu Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League has taken volunteering as a starting point to guide the youth to grow together with the city to vigorously promote the construction of a socialized mobilization system for youth volunteer services and achieve an effective connection between supply and demand of volunteer services by building an online platform of"Youth Gathers in Chengdu·City Volunteer Service".
According to the statistics from the platform,up to now,the number of the youth volunteers registered on the online platform of"Youth Gathering in Chengdu·City Volunteer Service"has exceeded 1.2 million,7972 volunteer service organizations have settled in,more than 79000 programs in total have been released on this platform,and the youth have participated in the development and governance of the urban and rural communities through the volunteer services for more than 2.9 million hours in total.
Doing and completing every mundane thing well makes everyone of us a practitioner in civilization and a spokesperson of the city.Different stories demonstrate the same warmth and tender feelings of Chengdu,interpreting the friendly and public-minded Tianfu culture and the glory of civilization of warmth,inclusiveness and rationality.Each civilized individual builds up the foundation of Chengdu civilization and the confidence of Chengdu as a national model city of civilization.In the future,the Chengdu youth will keep pace with the times and grow together with the city by devoting their power of youth volunteering.
