吊環(huán)、鞍馬、雙杠……立夏之際，北京市先農(nóng)壇體育運(yùn)動(dòng)技術(shù)學(xué)校體操館內(nèi)，來自成都體育學(xué)院的體操國(guó)家隊(duì)隊(duì)員鄒敬園正揮汗如雨地進(jìn)行體操項(xiàng)目練習(xí)。2021年，他在東京奧運(yùn)會(huì)獲得男子雙杠金牌、競(jìng)技體操男團(tuán)銅牌，在第十四屆全運(yùn)會(huì)獲得男子雙杠金牌。近幾年，他在雙杠項(xiàng)目上無人能敵，被稱為“雙杠王”。不久前，他獲得了第二十六屆“中國(guó)青年五四獎(jiǎng)?wù)?rdquo;。對(duì)于即將到來的成都大運(yùn)會(huì)，他志在必得：“能在自己家門口參加大運(yùn)會(huì)，我很驕傲。”
鄒敬園4歲就開始練體操。“我小時(shí)候很容易生病，總是感冒發(fā)燒，爸媽就想讓我通過體育鍛煉提高身體素質(zhì)。巧的是，體操國(guó)際裁判李小兵正好來到我所在的幼兒園選體育種子，我和班里10個(gè)小伙伴被選上了。我們?nèi)＞腿チ艘速e市體校進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練。”鄒敬園說，“第一天去時(shí)感覺特別好玩，很新鮮，就像開運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)一樣。然而大部分人練了不到一個(gè)星期就走了，只有我一個(gè)人堅(jiān)持了下來。”
年幼的鄒敬園對(duì)壓腿、側(cè)空翻非常有興趣，即便在拉筋時(shí)感到疼痛也一聲不吭，從來沒有哭過鼻子。李小兵也稱贊他有天賦。于是，鄒敬園就開始了體操訓(xùn)練。每天早晨5點(diǎn)鐘，他就起床了，吃完早飯后，媽媽送他去體校進(jìn)行早操訓(xùn)練，再趕回幼兒園上課。下午4點(diǎn)鐘，幼兒園放了學(xué)，媽媽再把鄒敬園送去體校繼續(xù)訓(xùn)練。這一訓(xùn)練，就是風(fēng)雨無阻的數(shù)年?？粗鴥鹤有⌒∧昙o(jì)就這么辛苦，父母有時(shí)也于心不忍，想打退堂鼓，但鄒敬園沒有放棄。
2005年，四川省體操隊(duì)教練曹治國(guó)來地方選材，一眼相中了時(shí)年6歲的鄒敬園。此后鄒敬園便來到成都，進(jìn)入四川省體校訓(xùn)練。“我在成都度過了童年時(shí)光，在那里打下了運(yùn)動(dòng)生涯的基礎(chǔ)，成都生活給我留下了難以磨滅的記憶，那是我的第二家鄉(xiāng)。”
“國(guó)家隊(duì)一直給我一種很神圣的感覺。以前我參加最多的就是省里的比賽，覺得自己還可以，進(jìn)了國(guó)家隊(duì)后，我發(fā)現(xiàn)這里到處是優(yōu)秀的人。”鄒敬園感受到了壓力，更加刻苦訓(xùn)練。一個(gè)動(dòng)作，其他人練習(xí)一遍，他常常要練四五遍甚至更多。他的天賦也是有目共睹的。有些動(dòng)作，其他運(yùn)動(dòng)員要練上一年才能練好，而他幾個(gè)月就能完全掌握。
2017年3月，鄒敬園參加世界杯體操賽多哈站的比賽。初次參加國(guó)際比賽的他不僅獲得男子吊環(huán)銅牌，還以15.900分摘得雙杠金牌。8月，第十三屆全國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)在天津舉行。首次參加全運(yùn)會(huì)的鄒敬園在男子雙杠決賽中，為四川代表團(tuán)奪得一枚寶貴的金牌。2018年8月，在雅加達(dá)亞運(yùn)會(huì)男子體操團(tuán)體決賽中，鄒敬園與肖若騰、林超攀、鄧書弟、孫煒組成的中國(guó)隊(duì)以260.950分獲得亞運(yùn)會(huì)團(tuán)體冠軍。在隨后的個(gè)人項(xiàng)目比拼中，鄒敬園以15.100分獲得鞍馬銀牌，又以15.725分摘得雙杠金牌。11月，在卡塔爾多哈舉行的第四十八屆世界體操錦標(biāo)賽雙杠決賽中，鄒敬園以16.433分實(shí)現(xiàn)世錦賽雙杠的衛(wèi)冕，刷新了該屆世錦賽的單項(xiàng)最高分，也成為世錦賽歷史上第五位蟬聯(lián)雙杠冠軍的選手。
盡管取得了傲人成績(jī)，回顧自己的職業(yè)生涯，鄒敬園依然有遺憾。“我總是想要表現(xiàn)完美，在場(chǎng)上時(shí)常太過激動(dòng)，導(dǎo)致發(fā)揮失誤。”
2019年世錦賽上，以兩連冠身份參賽的鄒敬園，居然在資格賽出局。“自從2019年世錦賽失敗后，我此后參加的比賽，其實(shí)心理波動(dòng)都是比較大的，我甚至覺得自己心理有些問題，就是太想去保這個(gè)項(xiàng)目，而不是如何更好地完成動(dòng)作。”但他很快調(diào)整好了心態(tài)，在2021年舉辦的東京奧運(yùn)會(huì)上，他平復(fù)心情，放手一搏。
2021年8月3日，東京奧運(yùn)會(huì)體操男子雙杠決賽中，鄒敬園憑借16.233分的絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)奪冠，成功加冕新一代“雙杠王”。他的這枚金牌，不僅是本屆奧運(yùn)會(huì)中國(guó)軍團(tuán)的第三十一金，更是四川的首金。解說員鄒凱贊美鄒敬園是“教科書式的動(dòng)作”。
“東京奧運(yùn)會(huì)延期一年舉行，對(duì)我來說是好事。當(dāng)時(shí)在賽場(chǎng)上，我沒有想其他的事情，我覺得這是我最近兩年里做得最好的一套動(dòng)作，我回到了自己的初心，也邁過了心里那道坎。”鄒敬園說。
目前，鄒敬園正在成都體育學(xué)院讀研究生。自6歲來到成都，鄒敬園有解不開的成都情結(jié)。“我在成都生活訓(xùn)練多年，很喜歡這個(gè)地方?，F(xiàn)在我重新回到成都訓(xùn)練、生活，對(duì)這里感到很親切。”
閑暇之余，鄒敬園走遍了成都的大街小巷，慢慢去感受這座城市的魅力。“成都的生活很悠閑，大家看起來很舒適享受。”鄒敬園逛遍了成都大大小小的景點(diǎn)，吃遍了成都的特色小吃，也很喜歡大熊貓基地。
在鄒敬園眼中，成都是一座具有體育活力的城市，體育普及度很高。“成都舉辦過不少國(guó)際賽事，有很強(qiáng)的賽事組織能力和豐富的辦賽經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能為競(jìng)技體育提供軟件和硬件上的保障。”近年來，成都大力支持體育項(xiàng)目和體育賽事的發(fā)展，為籌辦大運(yùn)會(huì)新建了鳳凰山體育公園、東安湖體育公園，還有天府新區(qū)、高新區(qū)等體育場(chǎng)館。這些措施激勵(lì)成都市民更加積極地投身體育運(yùn)動(dòng)。
成都?xì)v來都是“體育之城”。1965年出土的一只戰(zhàn)國(guó)采桑宴樂射獵攻戰(zhàn)紋銅壺，記錄了2300余年前古代成都居民練習(xí)射箭的場(chǎng)景。成都還是古代馬球運(yùn)動(dòng)的風(fēng)靡之地，世界上第一支平民女子馬球隊(duì)就誕生在成都。
2019年，乒乓球世界杯、第十八屆世界警察和消防員運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)在成都舉辦。隨后，成都又成功申辦了“四大賽”——第三十一屆世界大學(xué)生夏季運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)、2022年世界乒乓球團(tuán)體錦標(biāo)賽、2024年羽毛球湯尤杯和2025年世界運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)。這幾大賽事，改寫了西部地區(qū)從未獲得世界綜合性賽事舉辦權(quán)的歷史，也使成都在“十三五”期間成為實(shí)至名歸的西部體育賽事第一城。
作為成都大運(yùn)會(huì)形象大使，鄒敬園說，大運(yùn)會(huì)的舉辦對(duì)于成都打造賽事名城的目標(biāo)非常重要。他還在2021年大運(yùn)會(huì)青春歌會(huì)上和著名歌唱家馬薇演唱了推廣歌曲《千年之約》。正如歌里所唱的那樣，他愿和世界青年“一起奔向夢(mèng)想的天際線”。（李璐璐）
The rings,pommelled horse,and parallel bars...At the Beginning of Summer,Zou Jingyuan,a member of the national gymnastics team from Chengdu Sport University,was sweating like a pig in the training in the gym of Beijing Xiannongtan Sports Technical School.In 2021,he won the gold medal in Men's Parallel Bars and the bronze medal of Men's Athletic Gymnastics Team at the Tokyo Olympic Games,and the gold medal in Men's Parallel Bars at the 14th National Games.In recent years,he has been invincible in Parallel Bars and is known as the"king of Parallel Bars".Not long ago,he won the 26th"China Youth May 4th Medal".For the upcoming Chengdu Universiade,he was determined to win the game and said:"I am very proud to participate in the Universiade in my city."

Zou Jingyuan took up gymnastics at the age of 4."When I was young,I was easy to get sick and always had a cold and fever.My parents wanted me to improve my physical fitness through physical exercise.By coincidence,Li Xiaobing,an international gymnastics referee,came to the kindergarten where I was to pick talents for sports,and ten of my classmates and me were selected.Nearly 100 people from our school went to Yibin Sports School for training."Zou Jingyuan said,"On the first day,I found it great fun and fresh,just like a sports meeting.However,
most people left after less than a week of practice,and I was the only one who stayed still."
Small Zou Jingyuan was very interested in leg pressing and side somersault.He never said a word or cried even when he felt pain when stretching tendons.Li Xiaobing also praised him for his talent.Thus,Zou Jingyuan has started gymnastics training since then.He got up at 5 o'clock every morning.After breakfast,his mother sent him to the sports school for morning exercises,and then rushed back to the kindergarten for class.At 4 o'clock,after kindergarten,his mother sent him to the
sports school to continue the training.Rain or shine,the training continued for several years.Seeing the son work so hard at such a young age,his parents sometimes took pity on him and come up with idea to get him quitting the training,but Zou Jingyuan didn't give up.
In 2005 when Cao Zhiguo,the coach of Gymnastics Team of Sichuan Province,came to local regions to select sports talents,he picked Zou Jingyuan at the first view,while Zou was only 6 years old.After that,Zou Jingyuan came to Chengdu and got training in Sichuan Sports School."I spent my childhood in Chengdu,where I laid foundation for my sports career.The life in Chengdu has left me an indelible memory,and this city is my second hometown."
In 2012,Zou Jingyuan,at age of 14,was selected into the national team where his brilliant career started.
Step over the obstacle in the heart
"The national team always gave me a feeling of holiness.I used to participate most in provincial competitions,and I thought I was good.After I entered the National Team,I found that there were lots of excellent candidates."Feeling stress and pressure,Zou Jingyuan trained harder.While others practised a movement once,he often practised it for four or five times or more.His talent was also obvious to all.While the other athletes had to practise some movements for a year before they could master them,he could fully master them within a few months.
In June 2015,in the National Youth Gymnastics Championships,Zou Jingyuan won four gold medals in events of Men's All-around,Pommelled Horse,Rings and Parallel Bars.
Zou Jingyuan won the champion of Men's Parallel Bars in Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. In March 2017,Zou Jingyuan participated in the Artistic Gymnastics World Cup in Doha.He not only won the bronze medal of Men's Rings in the international competition for the first time,but also won the gold medal of Parallel Bars with 15.900 points.In August,the 13th National Games was held in Tianjin.Zou Jingyuan,who participated in the National Games for the first time,won a precious gold medal for the Sichuan delegation in Men's Parallel Bars Final.In August 2018,the Chinese team composed of Zou Jingyuan,Xiao Ruoteng,Lin Chaopan,Deng Shudi and Sun Wei won the team championship with 260.950 points in Men's Gymnastics Team Final at the Jakarta Asian Games.In the subsequent individual event competition,Zou Jingyuan won a silver medal in Pommelled Horse with 15.100 points and a gold medal in Parallel Bars with 15.725 points.In November,Zou Jingyuan defended the title of Parallel Bars with 16.433 points at the 48th World Gymnastics Championships in Doha,Qatar,breaking the highest point of individual event and becoming the fifth defender of the title of Parallel Bars in the history of World Championships.I n spite of his impressive achievements,Zou Jingyuan regrets his career."I always want to make my show perfect,and I am always too excited on the court,which leads to mistakes."
At the 2019 World Championships,Zou Jingyuan,who won two consecutive championships,got knocked out i n the qualification unexpectedly."Since the failure in the 2019 World Championships,I have experienced great mood swing in the competitions I have participated in.I even felt that I had psychological problems.All I was thinking about was to defend the title of this event rather than how to perform the movements better."However,he soon adjusted his mindset,and at the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games,he calmed down and made the last stand.
On August 3,2021,Zou Jingyuan won Men's Parallel Bars Final of the Tokyo Olympic Games with an absolute advantage of 16.233 points,and was crowned the new"Parallel Bars king".His gold medal is not only the 31st gold medal for the Chinese team in this Olympic Games,but also the first gold medal for Sichuan.Commentator Zou Kai praised Zou Jingyuan as performing the"textbook-style movements".
"The one-year deferral of the Tokyo Olympic Games is a good thing for me.At that time,I didn't think about anything else on the court.I thought it was the best movement I had performed for the past two years.I returned to my original aspiration and crossed the obstacle in my heart,"Zou Jingyuan said.
"Running towards the dreams together"
At present,Zou Jingyuan is a postgraduate of the Chengdu Sport University.Since he came to Chengdu at the age of 6,Zou Jingyuan has had an unseparable affection toward Chengdu."I have lived and trained in Chengdu for many years,and I like Chengdu very much.Now I'm back to Chengdu for training and living,and I feel very kind here."
In spare time,Zou Jingyuan has walked through the streets and alleys of Chengdu,getting feeling of the charm of this city little by little."Life in Chengdu is very relaxed,and everyone seems to enjoy it."Zou Jingyuan has visited all the scenic spots in Chengdu,enjoying all special snacks in Chengdu,and he likes the Giant Panda Base very much.
In Zou Jingyuan's eyes,Chengdu is a city with sports vitality and high popularity of sports."Chengdu has held many international sports events,competitive in event arrangement and organisation and rich in the experience,and it is capable of providing software and hardware support for competitive sports."In recent years,Chengdu has strongly supported the development of sports programs and events.To get prepared the Universiade,Chengdu has built the Fenghuang Mountain Sports Park,Dong'an Lake Sports Park,and stadiums and gymnasiums in Tianfu New Area and High-tech Zone.These measures have encouraged and enabled Chengdu residents to participate in sports more actively.
Chengdu has always been a"City of Sports".A bronze pot with patterns of shooting,hunting and fighting was unearthed in 1965,recording the scene of ancient Chengdu residents practicing archery more than 2300 years ago.Chengdu was also a popular place for polo in ancient times.The first civilian women's polo team in the world was born in Chengdu.
The Table Tennis World Cup and the 18th World Police and Fire Games were held in Chengdu in 2019,following which Chengdu successfully bidded"Four Major Competitions"-the 31st Summer Universiade,the 2022 World Team Table Tennis Championship,the 2024 Badminton Thomas-Uber Cup and the 2025 World Games.These events have rewritten the history that the
western China has never won the right to host world comprehensive events,and also made Chengdu the first city for sports events in western China during the 13th Five-year Plan period.
As the ambassador of the Chengdu Universiade,Zou Jingyuan said that the hosting of the Universiade is very important for Chengdu to build itself into a famous city for sports events.He also sang the promotion song"A Millennium Promise"at the Youth Singing Meeting of 2021 Universiade with the famous singer Ma Wei.As the song goes,he stands ready to"run towards the horizon of dreams"with the youth around the world.
